Order preparation and transport

Laine et Tricot undertakes to ship the items ordered within 24 to 48 hours, once payment has been validated.
From Monday to Friday ; no shipments on Saturday and Sunday.
Please note during peak periods (October to January): orders may take 24 to 72 hours longer to be shipped.

A confirmation is then sent to the customer via their email address, confirming the sending of the package and its carrier tracking number.

Delivery times then depend on the Post Office, Colissimo, Chronopost.

Laine et Tricot cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, loss or damage to packages which would be the responsibility of the Post Office, Colissimo, Chronopost.
In the event of loss or damage, an investigation will be requested from the carrier; in the case of compensation (depending on the service provider's T&Cs), it will be returned to the customer in the form of a credit or reimbursement. 
In the case of a package indicated "delivered" by ColiPoste, and which the recipient has not received, the Post Office in this specific case is showing very bad faith and will in no case recognize its responsibility. So she will not grant any compensation, even if she is at fault. 

If you would like to add insurance, please request this at the time of your order.

The customer can have it delivered to their home, at a relay point.

Upon receipt of his order, the Customer must check its contents and report any error or missing item within 5 days via the contact form.

Return Items within the withdrawal period

In accordance with the legislation, customers can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days following their purchase.

They must then return their purchase intact, in their original packaging, at their own expense. The items must be stored in a non-smoking environment or away from any odor. Products returned incomplete, damaged or stained will not be taken back, as will wool that has been put into a ball at the customer's request.

- If you are returning your entire order, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of your order (including any postage costs paid - if free delivery, only the amount of the items).
- If you are returning part of your order: you will be reimbursed for the amount of the items returned (but not the shipping costs).

The Customer must return the items at his own expense and may request a credit or a refund of the amount of the items returned. 

Laine et Tricot will reimburse the customer within 14 days of receipt of the return package.
No exchange possible.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for magazines, damaged, opened, stained or damaged items and wool that has been put into a ball at the customer's request.

Return Items outside the withdrawal period

Beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, if you wish to return items, you have 30 days from receipt of your package to return part of your order to us.

The items must have been kept in their original packaging, must not have been opened or not have been used. The items must be stored in a non-smoking environment or away from any odor (perfume, humidity, animals, etc.). Laine et Tricot reserves the right to assess whether the return complies with these criteria or not and to refuse a return if the items are not in a condition to be put back on sale.

The Customer must return the items at his own expense and may request a credit or a refund of the amount of the items returned. 
No exchange possible.

Return Items following an error on our part

If this should happen, please contact us , we will send you by e-mail a Colissimo return slip to print and stick on the item return package - you will not have to pay anything and we will send you back the Items conforming to your order.

Please note, you must notify us of any error within 5 days of receipt of your package.

Defective items

In the case of a defective item (wool or needles), please send us an e-mail with the description of the problem and specifying your invoice number.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will send you a new item - in the majority of cases you will not need to return the faulty item to us.
For wool, the complaint must reach us within 5 days of receipt of the package.
