Spun from the best merino wool, this wool comes from sheep raised for several generations by farmers in the northern part of Uruguay, where the climate is particularly ideal for these beasts.
Rios is the superwash version of the famous Malabrigo Worsted; another difference is that it is a 2 ply yarn.
However, the sweetness remains the same!
Note on colors : because the dyeing is done by hand, from one batch to another the colors may vary (more or less plain in particular): the photos give an indication of the color, but are not contractual (please not to go to Ravelry in particular to give you an idea of the rendering of the colors or to contact me before placing an order).
Moreover, because of this characteristic, we recommend knitting this wool by alternating 2 skeins (every 2 rows for example), in order to reduce any shades.

Note :
- Plomo skeins currently in stock are darker than pictured
- Piedras can vary heavily from skein to skein but will stay in rust/green/pink tones
