KESTREL by Quince and Co uses the same organic linen as Sparrow, but with a different appearance.
It's a ribbon, like a little knitted tube.

This yarn knits very quickly (needle n°6), and will work very well in jersey for example.
Belgian organic linen spun in Italy.
